2010 Reunion

The scheduled dates for the 2010 reunion at Fort Leonard Wood are July 22nd to July 25th, 2010.
Check-in is to take place on the 22nd, with scheduled activities on the 23rd and 24th, with
farewells and church service on the morning of the 25th.

The primary hotel for the reunion activities is the Hampton Inn at St. Robert, Missouri, telephone
number 573-336-3355. Additional rooms will be available at the Comfort Inn, telephone number
573-336-3553, and at the Fairfield Inn, telephone number 573-336-8600. We have a total of 90
rooms available to us at this time. The Comfort Inn and the Fairfield Inn are adjacent to the
Hampton Inn.

Hotel room rates are $84.00 per night plus 11.225% tax.

Fort Leonard Wood is a rapidly growing and extremely active installation. It is the home to Engineer,
Military Police, and Chemical Corp training for all branches of Military Service. Training course
graduations take place every Thursday and Friday, therefore hotel usage by service personnel and their
family members is very high. During periods of high occupancy, rooms are available only on a "first come first
serve basis". For this reason, it is imperative that reunion hotel reservations be made as soon as possible.
The group code for making the reservations is "20th Engineer Reunion". Any of the rooms not booked by
June 15, 2010 will be returned to the general hotel inventory. To avoid any penalty, room cancellations must
be made by 4:00 PM on the day of scheduled arrival. In the event that all rooms are booked and additional
rooms are required, the individuals requiring rooms should contact Ms. Janel Rowell, the Director of Sales and
